Hearing Impaired
Live English captioning will be displayed on the large LED screens throughout all commencement venues, allowing guests to follow along with the ceremony in real time. If closed captions will not suffice, requests for American Sign Language interpretation must be submitted using the 2026 ADA Request form by Friday, June 5, 2026.
Assistive Listening Devices are also available by request at our audio booths.
Multilingual Support
Guests may use their personal web-enabled devices to access live captioning in English, Chinese and Spanish by scanning the QR codes posted throughout the venue. This service allows guests to choose their preferred language and follow the ceremony from their own device.
Limited Mobility
We highly recommend bringing your mobility device as needed. The venues are spaced out and we will not have mobility aids (wheelchairs, walkers, etc.) available for public use.

Arrival and On-site Accessibility
Detailed information on ADA parking accommodations is provided below:
Disabled Parking *ADA Placard Required
Ceremonies at LionTree and RIMAC Field
Disabled parking is available in the Hopkins Parking Structure. Follow the directional signs from the freeway exits and use the map below. Note that there will be road closures west of the I-5 freeway.
Ceremonies at Warren Field and Epstein Family Amphitheater
Disabled parking is available in the Gilman Parking Structure. Exit the I-5 freeway at La Jolla Village Drive and head west. Turn right onto Villa La Jolla Drive, and the parking structure will be two blocks ahead.
ADA Arriving via Rideshare
Ceremonies at LionTree and RIMAC Field
Disabled guests taking rideshare options will be directed toward the rideshare drop-off area, located in Lot P359. ADA carts to either LionTree Arena or RIMAC Field are available for the person requiring the cart and one guest, all other members of the party are asked to walk to the entrance.
Ceremonies at Warren Field
Disabled guests taking rideshare options should be dropped off at the turn around by the Conrad Prebys Music Center. ADA carts to the venue are available for the person requiring the cart and one guest, all other members of the party are asked to walk to the entrance.
RIMAC Field and LionTree Arena Venues
ADA Parking
- ADA cart required:
- Exit Hopkins Parking Structure on the 2nd floor and follow signs for the ADA carts parked directly north of the parking structure. Carts are available for the person requiring the cart and one guest, all other members of the party are asked to walk to the entrance.
- Limited mobility, but don’t want to use a cart:
- For RIMAC Field, exit Hopkins Parking Structure on the 7th floor and follow signs toward Ridgewalk. RIMAC Field will be .3 miles to the north on Ridgewalk, with ramp access to the field.
- For LionTree Arena, exit Hopkins Parking Structure on the 7th floor and follow signs toward Ridgewalk. LionTree Arena will be .2 miles to the north on Ridgewalk.
RIMAC Field
- Portable ADA accessible restrooms are available on the field.
- Shade is not guaranteed, hats are suggested. Umbrellas are not allowed.
- Food and beverages will be available for purchase.
LionTree Arena
- Accessible indoor restrooms available.
- Limited snacks available for purchase.
Warren Field Venue
ADA Parking
- ADA cart required:
- Exit Gilman Parking Structure on the 2nd floor and follow signs for the ADA carts parked directly west of the parking structure. Carts are available for the person requiring the cart and one guest, all other members of the party are asked to walk to the entrance.
- Limited mobility, but don’t want to use a cart:
- Exit Gilman Parking Structure on the 2nd floor. Epstein Family Amphitheater is .3 miles north from the parking garage. Warren Field is .4 miles north from the parking garage.
Warren Field
- Portable ADA accessible restrooms are available on the field.
- Shade is not guaranteed, hats are suggested. Umbrellas are not allowed.
