We thank you in advance for your participation in Commencement 2024! Commencement is a very special moment for our students, their friends and family, and the campus. As faculty members and campus leaders, your participation plays a key role in the pomp and circumstance of the event.

Commencement 2024 Livestreams

On June 14-16 starting as early as 8 a.m. PDT, livestreams for All Campus Commencement, undergraduate college, professional school, and Division of Graduate Education and Postdoctoral Affairs commencement ceremonies will be available on this website’s homepage and on the Yearbook website.

Faculty interested in participating in the following ceremonies should reach out directly to the individual school for more information.

• School of Medicine
• Scripps Institution of Oceanography
• Skaggs School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences

Registration

Faculty must register to participate in All Campus Commencement (June 15, 2024) as well as the undergraduate college, professional school, and Division of Graduate Education and Postdoctoral Affairs ceremonies happening the weekend of June 14-16. Participation in the All Campus Commencement Platform Party is by invitation only.

Online faculty registration is now closed. To request late registration for Division of Graduate Education and Postdoctoral Affairs ceremonies, please email gradcommencement@ucsd.edu. For other ceremony considerations, please email commencement@ucsd.edu. Note, if you request late registration and do not have your own regalia, you will receive UC San Diego regalia with hood.

Regalia 

You will be prompted to rent regalia after registration via an emailed link. Please keep rented regalia with you through the weekend and return after your final ceremony.
